During my under graduation studies, I became acquainted with the Open Source world and Unix/Linux based operating systems. The more I found out about the freedom in open source software, the more I became fascinated by the power of scripting and application development. The Cloud Computing world utilizes these open source products to create a more advanced one with utter abilities. This is also the reason why I chose to pursue this intriguing world as an extracurricular activity.
Not only were my academic projects based on the open source platforms, but my professional experience also spent a substantial contribution to it.
In my academic experience, I got my hands on virtualization and paravirtualization appliances like KVM and XEN as well as open-source security appliances like firewalls and IDS . Furthermore, due to my passion for teaching, I was selected to be a teaching assistant in the operating system lab for instructing beginners in Linux-based OSs workshop.
In my Job experience, I Started to contribute as a Linux administrator and became in charge of providing a mid-size mail and web server. I was also involved in the OpenStack-based project and project and configured and tested its components to function with fewer bugs and precisely.
